If you're struggling with anxiety, we're here to help. Debra specialises in 'Person-Centred' Therapy (Humanistic) for anxiety support and can help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms.
Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved. Debra is here to help you overcome depression and develop a more positive outlook on life. Debra uses evidence-based modalities like EFT (tapping) that have been proven to be effective for reducing depression.
If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. Debra is trained to help you work through the trauma and develop healthy coping strategies. Creating art without the need to talk is helpful without the need to relive the trauma.
Addiction can be a difficult cycle to break, but with the right support and treatment, recovery is possible. Artmaking, person-centred therapy and tapping can help you overcome addiction and develop a healthy, fulfilling life in recovery.
Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. Art-making is a wonderful modality to manage stress and improve your overall well-being.
At Imagine Art Therapy & Counselling, we believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life. Debra is here to help you work through any challenges you may be facing and find the happiness and peace you deserve. Contact us today to schedule an appointment and take the first step towards a brighter future.

Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other similar conditions all share a common theme - difficulty in expression of self and communication with others. Art Therapy gently supports and guides children and adults to express themselves in their own time and unique way.
Stress, depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Art therapy gently helps to uncover the reasons behind the emotions and helps ways to find answers, kick-start motivation, regain perspective, and feel joy.
Children and adults can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic events. Poor sleep, anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Using art therapy in a safe environment, can help overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing and finding peace in time.
There are a few forms of dementia but there is a common thread - memory & communication problems that give rise to distress, anxiety, anger, and fear. Using art therapy in a safe environment, addresses those negative emotions so joy and peace can be found again.
