Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping) is a simple and world researched therapy that is like emotional acupressure. Tapping with your fingers lightly on areas of the face/body help to relieve stress, anxiety and pain.

Home visit - $150 per hour

About Debra
Some background
Debra has over 30 years experience in the health industry. Her background in nursing gave her insight into the importance of looking after the whole self – physical, mental, emotional & spiritual.
Qualifications
- Qualified Counsellor, registered with ACA
- Approved Practitioner for BUPA & ARHG health funds
- Art Therapist (member with ANZACATA)
- Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
